In the event that a product arrives damaged or missing, the customer must contact KG Beauty Co. Customer Service via email within 48 hours of receipt of a delivered order. Customers must include photos of the reported issue and a screenshot of their order confirmation email. If the order is delivered to an incorrect address or determined to be missing the customer must file a claim with UPS. Once a claim is filed, UPS will notify our company if they are able to locate the missing package. Oftentimes UPS is able to locate a package that is missing or delivered to a wrong address. In the event that UPS isn't able to locate the missing order, KG Beauty Co. will reship the order at no cost to the customer. We must be notified within 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF DELIVERY IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH AN ORDER.
